This is a New Old Stock Capacitor from SANYO Semiconductors it comes in 22uF 10V, P/N: 10SC22M (Leaded). SC Series is suitable for noise limiters and switching power supplies that make a point of high frequency characteristics. It has long life span and is highly reliable. As shown in the picture, the legs are oxidized but may easily be removed during soldering by applying flux.
