This is a New Old Stock Capacitor from SANYO Semiconductors it comes in 220uF 6.3V, P/N: 6SS220M (Leaded). SSS series is a miniaturized version of SC, SA and SL series and it is suitable for switching power supplies, etc.
As shown in the picture, the legs are oxidized but may easily be removed during soldering by applying flux.
