This is a New Old Stock Capacitor from SANYO Semiconductors it comes in 150uF 6.3V, P/N: 6SF150M (Leaded). SF Series is a low profile capacitors having a maximum height of 5mm.
As shown in the picture, the legs are oxidized but may easily be removed during soldering by applying flux.
