Description:

MD2800-D08-V3 8MB 3V DiskOnChip series from M-System with a standard 32-Pin DIP Package. It combines a disk controller with flash memory on a single chip. The TrueFFS® technology enables a full hard disk emulation, therefore reducing the design and implementation for application that requires a flash file system.
